1. Service Fees
All counseling, guidance, and documentation service fees are non-refundable once payment is made, as our expert advisory process begins immediately after registration or consultation.
2. University Application Fees
Application or admission fees paid directly to universities or institutions are non-refundable under any circumstances, as these are governed by the respective institution’s refund and admission policies, not Edu-Wire’s.
3. Exceptional Refunds
In rare cases, a partial or full refund may be considered if Edu-Wire fails to deliver the committed service due to internal error. Such refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our management team.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date of approval.
- All refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- Valid proof of payment and government-issued identification may be required for verification.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Change of mind or personal reasons for discontinuing the process.
- University rejection or visa refusal beyond Edu-Wire’s control.
- Delay in service due to incomplete or inaccurate documents provided by the client.
